Morristown Jazz & Blues Festival

THE ANNUAL MORRISTOWN JAZZ & BLUES FESTIVAL
    Saturday, August 16, 2025 from Noon to 9:30 PM

Join your fellow Morris County Ski Club members and guests for a great day of jazz and blues music at the free Morristown Jazz and Blues Festival on Saturday August 16. 

The music starts at noon on the Morristown Green with Dani G and Friends and continues all the way until 9:30 that night when headliner Samantha Fish will be wrapping up her set. Throughout the day there will be performances by the Jazz Ambassadors (the 19 piece touring band of the US Army), Blues People and King Solomon Hicks.

So, grab your lawn chair or blanket and head down to meet event leader Tony Tarullo for some or all of the music that day.

The Morristown Green will have port-a-potties set up as well as plenty of restaurants nearby at which you can grab a bite to eat. You can also bring food and drinks to the event (though alcohol is prohibited). Bring your own form of hydration, sunscreen and bug repellent to stay comfortable.

The festival is a rain or shine event but in case of rain or extreme heat, please reach out beforehand (since we may shorten our stay to avoid the worst of the weather).

If arriving in Morristown by train, it’s a 10 minute, 0.5 mile walk (gentle uphill) from the train station to the Green.
